Click on "Browse" and search your computer for the pic you want.



When you find it, click on "Open." The file name will now be listed in the box as seen in the example below:



Now, click on the "host it" button and wait for your image to finish uploading. Depending on your internet connection, it could take up to a minute to upload the pic. When its finished uploading, this screen appears:



Highlight the box (outlined above) by single-clicking on it, then right click and select "Copy."

Come back to The Hi-Lo's.com forum and paste the code into your post. Click on "Preview" or "Submit" and behold the beauty.
